Phosphosiderite Bracelet
Phosphosiderite is a rare iron phosphate mineral that comes in various colors such as purple, violet, red, pink, brown, green, and even colorless. It can crystallize in different forms like prismatic, fibrous, tabular, and masses. The mineral was initially discovered in Arnsberg, Germany in 1858 by Alfred Lewis Oliver Legrand Des Cloizeaux but was later renamed by Willy Bruhns and Karl Heinrich Emil Georg Busz in 1890 based on its chemical composition. The name “Phosphosiderite” originates from the Greek word “sideros” for Iron.
